Lumed Science Warranty, Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

At Lumed Science we have invested countless hours into design and product testing to create a dependable, and high quality product—and that is why we are totally confident in the performance of reliability of our products.  Because of this we back our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee, Limited Warranty and a Simple Return Policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If within 30 days from receiving the product you are not satisfied with our product’s performance please return for a full refund.  To arrange for a return, simply call our Customer Service department at 720-432-4188 or info@lumedscience.com for a Return Authorization Number.  The following conditions apply:

  • Return without authorization number will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
  • Satisfaction guarantee allows for one exchange or one full refund of the product only.
  • The satisfaction guarantee does not extend past the original purchase (i.e. the customer will not get another satisfaction guarantee on the same exchanged product).

Warranty Policy

Lumed Science guarantees material, construction, and design to be free of deficiencies from the time of first purchase for a period of 1 year.

Please keep in mind that LEAP is an expendable product and is not considered defective by simply exhibiting diminished light capacity. 

Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from Lumed or an Authorized Dealer.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Mistreatment, misuse, or tampering with LEAP voids all warranty rights. Instructions for Use and warnings must be observed at all times.
  • Nicks and scratches on surfaces caused after delivery
  • Accidents or conditions of use considered abusive by Lumed
  • Normal wear and tear on the product

Return Policy

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. To arrange for a return, simply call our Customer Service department at 720-432-4188 or email us at info@lumedscience.com for a Return Authorization Number. The following conditions apply:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
  •  Must be returned in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged.
  • Any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
  •  Shipping charges will apply on all returns.
